Yoga Nidra for Charles

Our dear friend Charles Brady passed away in September. Charles was a committed yogi from the moment he first rolled out his mat almost ten years ago, and attended thousands of classes in that time, including a weekly Yoga Nidra class with me. In honour of our friend, I’ll be holding a special Yoga Nidra session followed by refreshments at the beautiful Michigan Friends Center in Chelsea. Please come and join me to remember Charles and raise some money for the American Lung Association.

WHAT TO BRING: a yoga mat if you have one (I will have some spares), a blanket and a pillow.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing practice that releases tension in mind and body and soothes the nervous system, leaving you deeply rested. Anyone can practice it and no experience is necessary. Dress comfortably - no yoga clothes necessary.
