About the event
Pre-registration via RSVP is required. A free will donation of $10-$30 to the Michigan Friends Center is appreciated.
Gather at Friends Lake Beach as your guide Kathleen Anzicek, DO, will walk us through a sequence of invitations to slow down, allow the senses to open, and experience our reciprocal relationship with the natural world.
People with limited accessibility are welcome and will be accommodated. This practice brings one naturally into a space of mindfulness presence, very relaxed, and feeling connected and compassionate.
Please bring water/snack for yourself. There will be an option to stay for a bag lunch (bring your own) sharing afterwards.
Dress with waterproof shoes, and comfortably warm. If weather is inclement, will be canceled.
Kathleen is one of over 2000 guides trained by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy.
