About the event
Pre-registration via RSVP is required.
A free will donation to the Michigan Friends Center is appreciated.
Guide Kathleen Anzicek DO will guide us through a sequence of invitations to slow down, allow the senses to open, and experience our reciprocal relationship with the natural world.
This practice brings one naturally into a space of mindfulness presence, very relaxed, and feeling connected and compassionate.
Dress with waterproof shoes, and comfortably warm. If weather is inclement, will be canceled.
Kathleen is one of over 2000 guides trained by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy. She is a member of the Friends Lake Community. Questions may be directed to her by text at (734)260-0273.
