Breastfeeding Basics with Megan Trenary

This 3 hour group class is intended for families preparing to have an infant and covers the first hours and days after delivery in addition to discussion about how to meet your lactation goals long term. Learning the basics of how to establish and maintain a milk supply before delivery can really improve the outcome of your postpartum experience. Additionally, learning with your partner or support persons can prepare the whole team for what to expect and how to avoid complications and improve rest and recovery after delivery.

Those in your support system are also welcome and encouraged to join.
